Don't Throw Away The Beer

Since I don't take beer (and most ladies don't), we can  put it to a better use.

A beer rinse once a month is a more  natural way to care for hair than using typical conditioners. It contains vitamins B and proteins and helps give your hair shine, volume and softness.
Type of Beer
The brand of the beer is not important but it must be flat. Beer isn’t a cheap commodity, so mostly people will often use leftover beer from parties. If you mix different types of beer, it won’t affect your hair in a negative way.
How To Use It
  1. One of those is to shampoo the hair as you normally do,rinse the shampoo out.
  2. Pour the beer over your wet hair.
  3. Massage your scalp gently to make sure the beer touches the roots of your hair. Then rinse the beer out of your hair. You can use a conditioner afterwards if you want but you do not have to since beer will give you the shine that you need.
  4. Rinse your hair with beer and then with warm water to get the natural hair conditioner benefit.
  5. To get shine and hair volume, mix beer with apple cider vinegar and apply it on the hair after shampooing.
  6. Mix few drops of jojoba oil in a cup of beer. Apply it deep into the hair roots and keep for sometime. Rinse well
  7. Leave a beer bottle open overnight and then heat it for a minute. Add 2 teaspoon of honey and 3-4 drops of lemon. Apply on the hair and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse off well.
  8. Mix distilled water, lemon juice, beer and vinegar and apply on the shampooed hair. Leave for sometime and then rinse well.
  9. Mix beer with your shampoo in water and apply it. This natural hair conditioner will smoothen the hair and make it stronger.

Have fun with your bottle of beer!
