Not Into Hair Vitamins? You Need Multivitamins

If you've been on the fence about taking supplements or multivitamins or hair vitamins, then, allow me to show you what you've been missing.

I know there's a lot of hype around hair vitamins which I personally love to take but it doesn't have to be hair vitamins. You'll need multivitamins, especially, if you are  a lady. Let me make more sense.
Any woman of child bearing age needs to take folic acid to prevent spina bifida which can affect your baby. It's advised that you take folic acid at least 3 months prior to pregnancy. For me,  the one thing I look out for in hair vitamins is the presence of folic acid for this reason. I do have the folic acid supplement on standby but I prefer to kill all birds with one capsule Lol.
For those who are sickle cell carriers aka AS,  vitamins are a sure way to keep up your energy levels. I notice a difference in my energy levels when I slack on vitamins.
Still not convinced? I recently did an experiment with vitamins and here's what I found. Each time I'm on a supplement or hair vitamins,  I hard get cold,  fall sick  or get contagious diseases. It may sound far fetched but in 2014,  I had a terrible time during the Christmas visit to  the Northern part of Ghana because I wasn't taking any vitamins. I suffered severe cough and it was horrible. In 2015, it wasn't so until I missed 3 days of vitamins and bam! I had a cold. Fortunately, I hopped on my vitamins quickly and the road to recovery was fast. The same thing happened to my baby K and when I upped the vitamin C,  he recovered so quickly.
Convinced now? Aside enjoying hair growth, I'm very energetic and my skin glows even in the harmattan! My sis was quick to notice that and has repeatedly said it.

Based on this,  I'm not going to miss vitamins this year. I'm actually stocking up enough for the year so I don't run out. Even in my pregnancy, I took vitamins faithfully and my son still enjoys that protection I gave him. If you don't like swallowing,  get chewable or liquid vitamins.
