3 Ways To Neutralize Relaxed Hair
When you relax your hair, the relaxer changes the pH of your hair. To restore the pH, you need to Neutralize the hair. There are 3 products that can help you.
- Neutralizing shampoo: Some salons have neutralizing shampoos but to be safe, carry your own bottle to the salon. The one I use is the ors creamy aloe shampoo.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Dilute apple cider vinegar in water and apply to the hair after rinsing out the relaxer. The vinegar will restore the pH of the hair.
- Roux porosity control: This line helps a lot and I loved it when I used it. All the products claim to restore pH balance so give it a try. There are other porosity control products you can add to your stash.
