I Can't Afford Hair Products

I hear this every time am asked what should be done to get healthy long hair.

Well, nothing comes easy so you ought to do some sacrifices if you want to have a healthy hair. You can't keep washing your hair with toilet soap and expect to have moisturized hair- that soap is meant for the body.

I've tried recommending cheap products for ladies on low budget but even that is frustrating. When the person whines about using 4gh to buy a product, am tempted to leave them to their fate. Am a minimalist so when I tell you what I do and you still feel I have to provide you with those products, I simply drop the conversation.
I say that you can start a healthy hair journey with 50gh and I get stares as if I will be using those products. You don't need that bulk money but at the end of the day, most of the products you will need will add up to that amount.

My first product was a leave in which cost 5gh! The next month, I bought dark and lovely cholesterol for around 7gh. I used these products for more than a year before they run out!

Ladies spend hundreds of cedis on call cards so why don't you cut down on that to get hair products? You have to make sacrifices to get what you want, no one can do that for you!

If you are new to the hair journey, do well to listen to advice from those already rather than making faces as if you are being forced to do so. A lot of my readers complain about this problem and all I tell them is, "let them be". It's not a must to give advice to someone who is unwilling to feel a bit uncomfortable to achieve her dream.
Have you had to walk away from someone because the person refuses to listen to your hair advice?
