Co Wash,Thin Edges and Sulphur oil

Since I didn't want to do a full wash, I decided to do a conditioner wash (co wash). If you follow me on Facebook and instagram, you would have seen this picture already. I'll come to it later.
I had no intention of a wash yet I couldn't resist having water on my scalp
. I, simply, rinsed the hair with warm water and applied Aussie Moist Conditioner. Left it on for about 5 minutes and washed it out. Allowed the hair to air dry for about 5 hours whilst banded.
I applied African Pride Sheabutter leave in and sealed with ORS vital oils. I might get a full salon wash on Saturday as my stylist is available.Am still battling my cold and that has also taken a toll on my energy level. I need to rejuvenate with a multivitamin as soon as possible. For the first time in my life, as far as I can recall, I've lost my front edges! It's always been the sides that gave trouble; this time, it's the front and all thanks to the disease called postpartum shedding. I have my homemade sulphur oil ready for 30 days of application. That will also show how effective that mix is.

I'll be  planning my wash days ahead of time once more before I get overwhelmes again.
