Hi ladies, I got to wash my hair over the weekend to relive me of severe itchy scalp. Apparently, sweat from the daily exercises triggered that. I think I might have done some damage to my scalp with the scratching.
Anyway, I took down the cornrow and applied ors hairepair shampoo and left it on for close to 10 minutes. This shampoo tingles so I needed it to relieve the itching.

My scalp is still itching so I'll be doing ACV rinses with each wash day. Share your wash day experience woh other ladies at www.savingourstrands.com

I think I'm shedding too much hair and I'm worried. What do you advice I do because I really haven't studied my 'shedding pattern'.

  2. Have you tried tea tree to calm the shedding?

  3. Quick and easy wash day Abena - hope the ACV will help with the itching

  4. I hope so too

  5. Not yet. I'll get some tea tree essential oil

  6. Hey Abena! How often do you wash your hair? I workout almost daily and I wash/co-wash my hair every 3-4 days. If you can fit an extra wash day in the week---it might help with the itches.

Thanks for sharing your #washdayexperience chica!
