SkinFood Beauty In a Food Mask Sheet, Ginseng

Directions

Extract mask and tightly apply on facial skin, following the contours of your face. After about 10-15 minutes, remove the sheet and pat face to absorb the remaining essence. Apply any remaining essence in the pouch to your neck and body.

Thanks to my first awesome experience with my first SkinFood sheet mask,  I went in for another sheet mask and this time,  it had ginseng extract!

To prep my skin,  I used exfoliating wash with the Vanity Planet facial brush.  I needed a very clean skin for it to absorb all the nutrient from the mask. After cleansing,  I used the moisture from the make as a toner before putting the make on.

First of all,  I loved how easy it was to apply this time round as I've had the experience already thus if you are worried about trying things,  remember the first time doesn't mean the end, push more.

The smell is certainly mild but definitely ginseng Lol. I,  actually,  love the smell and it was quite hydrating to touch.  I did apply what was left on my hands all over my neck too!

A different experience this time was the tightness of my skin when I had the mask on.

I couldn't even smile throughout the whole 20 to 30 minutes I had the mask.

When I was done,  I squeezed the remaining essence and patted on the skin.  I had a hand full of essence! It was enough to cover my whole body which was such a great thing because the essence is extremely hydrating. I'll take this over the Centella mask! 😍😍😍

The glow was exceptional too.

On the whole,  I'm looking forward to another SkinFood sheet mask treatment. When I exhaust this brand,  we will move on to Etude brand too.

The last thing about the sheet mask is the oily residue. I had to find the ingredients to know what oil it was.

From Google translate app:

.GINSENG Nourishing moisturizing nutrition and healthy intensive care Moisturizes and nourishes skin to make it healthy.

Ingredients:

Water, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Beta-Glucan, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Arginine, Ethylhexylglycerin, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Carbomer, Peg-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Xanthan Gum, Disodium Edta, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance

So,  castor oil in it is the reason for the oily residue. I was glad I did the treatment at night hence my skin was getting the nourishment it needed as I slept.  However,  for day time,  I'll be careful not to use too much essence on the face.
