How I make forever Clair Skin care products work for me

I've heard ladies complain about the forever Claire Skin care products  not working for them. Well, I nearly became one until I tweaked how I use it and since then, it's been a jolly good ride.
I started using the Forever Claire products in July 2013 or so. What I've been doing is to using a cleanser first before applying any of the products. Well, I discovered the reason why the product didn't seem to be working well on its own.

When using the cleanser, I'll dab a bit of cotton in it to clean my face. Apparently, it wasn't the cleanser that was doing the work, it was the cotton. The cotton was getting rid of dead cells by acting as an "exfoliating" material. It was cleaning the skin surface.
One evening, I skipped the cleansing and decided to follow Hubby's method of cleaning his face. I used my sponge to gently rub the FC product on the face. This face scrubbing technique left my skin feeling soft and smooth just like when I use the cotton and cleanser!
I've since been using this method and the Forever Claire products have become my no 1 favourite. I've gone on to purchase more items from this brand. I'm also glad to be supporting not just a made in Ghana product, but also supporting the woman behind it.
I have the acne wash, blemish control toner, blemish control soap, exfoliating soap and wash, and.   . I have given the sun block to my mom as I don't go out often. I'll be restocking the exfoliating wash, and the blemish control cream. In fact, I do love FC products more.

Get a daily facial Scrub for daily use and an exfoliating Scrub to use once a week. Check www.youtube.com/EmprezzAbena for a demo of how I use these products. BTW, I'm also fair and I don't think the fC will darken your complexion.

For dark spots, you can try honey mixed with Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon and use daily before cleanser.

Try the whole Set of FC acne treatment or Exfoliating set. Please, don't mix these products with others else it won't work.

  19. Have been using fc natural skin lightening soap and skin tone gel for over 14weeks but makes my complexion soo dark. Should i quit using the products?

  20. I'm surprised it's making you dark. If it's not working for you, you can try another brand. Have you considered using a sunblock when going out? Usually, there's a direction to use sunblock when you apply these products.

  26. I bought the blemish control cream for my face. But after using it for 2 weeks, my face becomes darker.

    1. Sometimes you need to use a sunblock to prevent damage. When you use a fade cream, you need to protect the skin else the darkening will occur.

Washing Your Hair In Harmattan

With this year's harmattan being so severe, protective styling is definitely a must. Unfortunately, I can't wear any styles yet with this short hair do what can i do? Right from the wash day, my attention has been on preventing moisture loss. This means from the shampoo process to the sealing process, each step involves maximizing moisture. I probably shampoo once every 2 weeks but I water rinse very often. This keeps the moisture levels up as well as keeping the hair less dirty.  I do well to sprit z the hair each morning before anything is done. With the new growth so thick, getting the hair damp is very crucial for moisture retention. I love length but moisture retention during this time of year is the key to a healthy hair. Another form of moisture retention technique I employ is ensuring that the deep conditioners and conditioners I use are moisture based. The Sheamoisture manuka honey conditioner is amazing at this and I really love.  The next thing I want to invest in i...

Placenta In Your Hair

Placenta or the popular brand, Placentyne leave in treatment has been with us for ages!  Keratin, which hair is made of, is a strong protein that can break down with sun exposure, wind, pollutants, daily maintenance, manipulation, heat tools, and chemical treatments like permanent color. This is where using protein treatments come in to help temporarily repair the hair strands. Protein treatments are used to add strength and resiliency to damaged hair by attaching hydrolyzed proteins directly to the hair follicle and hardening the cuticle layer. If there are holes in the hair cuticle, it will fill those holes or gaps while also placing a barrier around the hair shaft to lessen further damage. Most protein treatments are conditioning treatments. They can come be a deep conditioner, light, or reconstructor (heavy) (source:https://www.naturallycurly.com)  This placenta for hair acts as a protein reconstructor!
