DIY: ALOE VERA GEL
1. TAKE AS MUCH ALOE VERA THAT YOU MIGHT NEED AND CLEAN IT UP.
2. CUT IT INTO SMALLER BITS OR SQUEEZE IT IN ORDER TO GET THE GEL OUT OF THE LEAF.
3. APPLY IT TO YOUR FACE FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES IN THE MORNINGS BEFORE YOUR BATH.
4. RINSE OFF GEL WITH WARM OR COLD WATER.
5. DRY THE WATER OFF YOUR FACE WITH A CLEAN FACE TOWEL GENTLY.
6. MOISTURIZE AFTER CLEANING WITH A Toner.

HONEY IS A NATURAL SWEET FOOD MADE BY BEES FORAGING NECTORS OF FLOWERS. LIKE ALOE VERA, HONEY CAN ALSO BE USED IN A LOT OF WAYS.

DIY : HONEY MASK

HONEY CAN BE USED WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS SUCH AS WATER,LEMON JUICE,BAKING SODA (I'LL BE GIVING YOU TIPS ON HOW TO COMBINE THEM IN MY NEXT POST)

APPLY A DAB OF RAW HONEY TO AFFECTED SKIN OR AREA AND ALLOW TO SIT FOR 10-15 MINUTES. RINSE WITH WARM WATER AND DRY OFF.

 

LEMON JUICE

LEMON JUICE WHICH IS DERIVED FROM LEMON(A SPECIE OF A SMALL EVERGREEN TREE IN ASIA) IT HAS A RANGE OF USES FROM HEALTH CARE TO SKIN CARE TREATMENTS AND ALSO FOOD.

DIY: LEMON JUICE

SQUEEZE JUICE OUT OF LEMON AND APPLY IT TO SKIN. AS ALWAYS LET IT SIT IN FOR 10-15 MINUTES. RINSE OFF WITH WARM WATER AND DRY. HENCE,MOISTURIZE.

 

BANANA

BANANA IS AN EDIBLE FRUIT PRODUCED BY VARIOUS KINDS OF HERBACEOUS  FLOWERING PLANTS IN  GENUS MUSA. IT CAN BE USED IN COOKING(PLANTAIN) , AS A FACE MASK AND TO TREAT SOME HEALTH ISSUES ( DIABETES, PROTECTION AGAINST CANCER, MORNING SICKNESS AND SO ON)

MASH BANANA INTO A PUDDING AND APPLY ON YOUR FACE FOR 10-15MINUTES. RINSE OFF,DRY AND TONE OR MOISTURIZE.
